1.      Step 1 -  Check your recall status using the button on the right of the page. (17 character VIN number Is required to do so)
2.      Step 2 - If recall is present for your vehicle, Call or Email your Factory trained Service team for more information. Please make sure we have your best forms of contact. (Your VIN number is also required)
3.      Step 3 - When the recall update is available, our Service team will contact you to schedule the installation.
4.      Step 4 - On the day of the scheduled repair, our service team will need your vehicle for 1-4 Hours depending on the extent of recalled components. A service shuttle is available upon request for your convenience.
